Our Team

Each facilitator is a highly trained, qualified, seasoned specialist. Trainers at Witz are experts in the dynamics of human interaction and adult learning. All trainers have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, many of whom have advanced degrees or are qualified in a related field. In addition, they have extensive experience in consulting, corporate leadership and training positions. Plus, they demonstrate conviction and complete internalization of the Witz “People System” which enhances your learning results.

You’ll feel at home, at ease and understood. The Witz approach requires the highest level of ability by our facilitators to read individuals and connect with the group at a deep level. This skill is a minimum requirement in order to facilitate solid and effective behaviour interventions. It involves analyzing information exchanges as a process, and providing extensive constructive feedback so participants can stay productive.
